Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings Appointments are confirmed once booked through the online system. Payment is required at the time of booking for paid services to secure your appointment and allow for preparation. Please ensure your contact details are correct, as all confirmations and follow-up information will be sent by email. Professional Learning Consultation ($295) This service includes preparation time and a written summary following the consultation. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed appointments or late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session and are not refundable. If illness or unexpected circumstances arise, please contact me as soon as possible. Where feasible, a once-off reschedule may be offered. Assessment Suitability Consultation (15 minutes – no charge) This consultation helps determine whether a full academic assessment is appropriate. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may limit access to future bookings. Comprehensive Academic Assessment ($795) Academic assessments require significant preparation and are booked following a suitability discussion. Changes or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late changes may incur a rescheduling fee or result in forfeiture of the booking, depending on circumstances. Specific details will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce session time, with the full fee still applying. Exceptional Circumstances If an emergency or serious illness occurs, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps.
