This consultation is a 45-minute professional conversation with Helen, designed to help you make sense of the patterns you're noticing — before committing to anything else.
You'll leave with clarity on what's happening, what matters most right now, and what (if anything) to do next. A 1–2 page written summary is emailed to you after the session.
